Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the European Union, the USA, and the UK. All orders are packaged with extreme care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, regardless of the distance. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Orders are typically processed and printed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your art is on its way.
We treat every piece like a masterpiece. Canvases are wrapped in protective film and shipped in reinforced cardboard boxes to prevent any damage during transit.
Once your artwork has been crafted and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a direct tracking link.
The Artworks
Yes. Our canvases are hand-stretched over solid wooden frames and come with pre-installed hanging hardware. You can display your art the moment it arrives.
No. Our artworks are "gallery-wrapped," meaning the canvas is tightly stretched over an internal, solid wood structure. They are ready to hang immediately upon unboxing, presenting a clean, museum-style edge that lets the art speak for itself. For now, we do not provide decorative outer or floating frames.
We use museum-quality poly-cot canvases and archival-grade inks that are resistant to fading. This ensures that the depth, details, and colors of the artwork remain vibrant for generations.
Treat it as you would any fine art. Keep your canvas out of direct, continuous sunlight to preserve the richness of the pigment inks. To clean it, simply dust the surface lightly with a clean, dry, soft cloth. Never use water or chemical cleaners.
Returns & Support
In the unlikely event that your art arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. Upon reception and confirmation of the damage, we will arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you.
We want you to love your art. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please note that the item must unused, in its original condition, and packaging. Please refer to our Return Policy when submitting a return.
We begin printing your order shortly after it is placed to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
Orders & Gifting
Our collection is carefully curated to ensure only the highest-quality restorations make it to our gallery. We are happy to look into any specific art currently not part of our selection. Please reach out to contact@larevivance.com.
While we do not offer gift wrapping at this time, we do not include pricing information inside the package, making it safe to ship directly to a gift recipient.
