Returns and Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating Your Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please email us at contact@larevivance.com. If your request is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

We do not provide prepaid shipping labels or packing material to send product(s) back to us. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We highly recommend shipping the product(s) back to us using a trackable method. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item.
Because our artworks are custom-printed, you must include clear photos of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging in your email to us. This allows us to evaluate the issue and arrange a free replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Refund Processing
Please allow up to 72 hours from the date we receive your return for processing before your refund or exchange is issued. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address during checkout. If a delivery is refused by the recipient or returned to our facilities due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping costs required to send the order again.
Once a shipment has left our production facilities, we are unable to modify the shipping address. La Revivance is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages lost due to address errors provided by the customer.
Please note that during peak holiday seasons, production and delivery times may experience slight delays due to high order volumes.
