Shipping policy

We offer Free Tracked Shipping on all orders. We operate through a global network of fine-art printing facilities, allowing us to produce and deliver your artwork locally and efficiently.
Currently, we exclusively ship to the following regions: The European Union, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
Production and Handling Time
At La Revivance, every artwork is custom-printed and crafted specifically for you upon ordering. Please allow our team 2 to 5 business days to meticulously produce, inspect, and package your canvas before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Please note: During peak holiday seasons, production may take slightly longer due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience.
Estimated Transit Times
Once your artwork has been crafted and leaves our facility, transit times will vary depending on your exact location. Below are estimates for transit times (after production):
- United States: 5 to 8 business days
- United Kingdom: 5 to 8 business days
- European Union: 6 to 12 business days (Note: Transit times within the EU vary depending on location. For example, deliveries to Western Europe generally arrive much faster than to Eastern Europe).

Order Cancellations and Modifications
Because your order is custom-made, it enters our production queue very rapidly. If you need to cancel your order or change your shipping address, you must email us at contact@larevivance.com as soon as possible. Once an order has entered the production phase, we are strictly unable to cancel it or modify the destination address.
P.O. Boxes
Because of the size and value of our packaged canvases, our courier partners require a physical address for secure delivery. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide an alternative residential or business address at checkout to ensure a successful delivery.
Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries
Customers are entirely responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address during checkout (including apartment or suite numbers). If a delivery is returned to our facilities due to an incorrect, incomplete, or refused address, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of reshipping the item. La Revivance is not liable for packages delayed or lost due to address errors provided by the customer.
